A calming yet invigorating blend of Vinyasa Flow and gentle stretching, perfect for easing into your week. This class focuses on mindful movement and connecting breath with flow, helping you build strength, release tension, and find balance. Suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi looking for a grounding practice.
Saturday

Start your weekend with Pamela in this vibrant Vinyasa Flow class with a focus on restorative poses to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. This class offers a dynamic yet relaxing experience, blending strength-building sequences with gentle stretches to unwind. Suitable for all levels, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Saturday with positivity and calm.
Thursday 6:30pm
Designed for pregnant yogis in their second trimester onward (14 weeks+), this nurturing class supports your changing body and helps prepare you for birth and motherhood. With safe yoga postures, relaxing breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you’ll feel connected, calm, and empowered during your pregnancy. Suitable for all experience levels, this is a welcoming space for you and your growing baby.

Yin Yoga - 5 Week Series
Starting Tuesday 27th May - Tuesday 24 June 2025
6:30pm-7:30pm
Join Sanne for a peaceful 5-week Yin Yoga series in our stunning waterfront space. This slow, meditative practice offers long-held poses (2–4 minutes) that target the fascia and help ease stress, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
No experience or flexibility required — just come as you are.
We have a few bolsters available, but if you have your own, please bring it along. Alternatively, a large towel rolled up tightly makes a great substitute

Yoga Nidra Workshop
Moving into Stillness:
A Journey to Reset Your Nervous System
Saturday May 31st
11am-1pm
Join international yoga teacher Archana Atmakuri for a deeply nourishing 2-hour workshop designed to support nervous system regulation and full-body relaxation. Through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, restorative poses, and a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), this session offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect with stillness.
No experience needed – open to all levels.

Sanne Walker
Sanne Walker is a dedicated yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh, India, holding a 500-hour certification specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, meditation, and mindfulness. She offers a variety of classes, including Yin, Vinyasa Hatha Flow and Pregnancy Yoga. Beyond regular classes, Sanne provides sound healing workshops, private sessions, and retreats. With yoga deeply rooted in her ancestry, Sanne is passionate about sharing its transformative power to inspire relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Pamela Freeman
Pamela Freeman is an experienced yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of yoga to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
After many years as a dedicated student, Pamela trained in Yin Yoga and Iyengar Vinyasa with Nico Luce in 2019.
Pamela creates a nurturing space, encouraging students to explore their practice from the inside out. She is committed to making yoga accessible to all.

Mae Young
Mae is a Hatha-trained yoga teacher and mental health Dietitian with a trauma-informed, holistic approach. Her classes blend breath, movement, and stillness to support strength, calm, and connection.
Drawing on the Te Whare Tapa Whā model and a Master’s in Dietetics, Mae supports wellbeing across mind, body, and spirit. She’s passionate about somatic movement, authentic expression, and building inclusive community spaces.
