Yin Yoga at Yoga Hub Paremata Tuesdays 6:30–7:30 pm | 27 May – 24 June (5-week series) Curious about Yin Yoga and wondering if it’s for you? What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for 2–4 minutes to gently stretch and target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s deeply calming, grounding, and nourishing for both body and mind. Who is it for? Absolutely anyone. Whether you’re: New to yoga Feeling stiff or tight Stressed, anxious or overwhelmed Needing a break from your busy day Looking to balance a more active lifestyle Yin offers the perfect opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Benefits include: Calming the nervous system Improving flexibility and mobility Releasing tension stored in the body Supporting emotional balance Promoting better sleep and restfulness Props you’ll need: We have some bolsters, blocks and straps available at the studio, but please bring your own blanket (to roll up into a bolster) or your own bolster if you have one. A cushion or eye pillow can also add to your comfort. Come as you are—no experience or flexibility needed. Just wear something comfy and allow yourself to slow down and soften.

LIABILITY/STUDENT WAIVER AGREEMENT I (the student), hereby agree to the following: I acknowledge that I am participating in Yoga classes or any other exercise programs offered by any teachers at Yoga Hub Paremata during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise, or health. I understand that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. It is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga classes, health programs, or workshops offered by Yoga Hub Paremata. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these yoga classes, health programs, or workshops. If I am pregnant, I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programs, or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the programs offered by Yoga Hub Paremata. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, health programs, or workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Yoga Hub Paremata or the instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these programs. I understand that from time to time during yoga classes, the instructor may physically adjust students’ form and posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will so inform the instructor at each class I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time. I,(the student) hereby take full and sole responsibility for any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes or any other events. I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yoga Hub Paremata or its employees for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
